Review of Ugly Love, by Colleen Hoover
Synopsis:
When Tate Collins meets airline pilot Miles Archer, she knows it isn’t love at first sight. They wouldn’t even go so far as to consider themselves friends. The only thing Tate and Miles have in common is an undeniable mutual attraction. Once their desires are out in the open, they realize they have the perfect set-up. He doesn’t want love, she doesn’t have time for love, so that just leaves the sex. Their arrangement could be surprisingly seamless, as long as Tate can stick to the only two rules Miles has for her.

Colleen Hoover has done it, again! What an amazing author. The amount of gut wrenching tears spilled while reading this book is indescribable. I found myself weeping, sobbing. In this book you’ll find a severely damaged man, and a woman desperate to find a way to help him accept loving her. With such a sordid past though, he can’t bring himself to allow love back into his life. He feels he would be setting himself up to have the potential to relive the type of pain he’s been dealing with every day for the past 6 years… Ever since that life altering day. He breaks her. Completely. Still, he’s all she can see. The question is.. Will he break her beyond repair? And will he open his eyes before it’s too late, and she’s gone forever?
